Dear Gabrielle,

People used to tell me that there is something profoundly different about turning thirty. I never believe them until recently.

Now I don't know about the stars being aligned and all that stuff but for the first time in my life, it feels like everything is as it should be.

If the twenties is all about soul searching, trials and tribulations, then thirties is probably when things start falling into place.

I just love being in this place - I love my lifestyle. I love what I do. I absolutely love being single. But most of all, I love fulfilling every one of my fantasies. No questions ask.

Now Gabe, one of it will start this very morning. I'm jetting off in the next few hours. I'm planning to live the life of my favourite movie, Serendipity.. well at least for the next few days before I head for the sunny skies of Miami..

Hello, New York! Here's to the ultimate foreign city! Happy easter Gabe!!

Back a little more than one year ago when I joined the ranks of MSN bloggers, blogland was a fledgling community. We were still in our infancy and everyone fairly well knew each other. That allowed for being able to regularly visit each and develop online friendships. You could count on 5 to 10 comments daily. Lately I have along with others have noticed a decline in new visitors. Have we all become passe? People have guest book signings but I find that most of the entries are copied/pasted. That tells me that people are not taking the time and effort to digest what we have to offer them in the way of our words, art, and expression. Then we have sites which are suppose to attract more interest in our spaces. I belong to several. However I find that the only people visiting these are our friends who go to vote for us So what do we do to increase traffic and meet the ever growing community of blogland? It my suggestion that we all start taking the time to go out into our online community and visit the new neighbors in New Spaces and Updated Spaces. Visit 5 to 10 spaces a day, take the time to acquaint yourself to the gist of the space and leave an appropriate comment. Also you should try the new search engine on Updated Spaces. It allows for an advance search using first & last name, display name, gender, age range, location, occupation, & interests. You can find your bird of a feather so to speak. So go out into blogland and make some new friends today if your comments have been falling flat. You know you want to!!!!!! Peace Out, Wayward Bill 4 月 28 日
